We want you to love your order. If there's an issue, we're here to help.
Custom & Printed Items Because our products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues or change of mind. Please use the size charts provided before ordering.
If your item arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 30 days at info@adirondackechoes.com with a photo of the issue and your order number. We'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
Refunds Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 2–14 days. Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges We only replace items that are defective or damaged.
Return Shipping If a return is required, we'll provide instructions via email. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and are non-refundable.
